We had a leak in our kitchen that started late at night. Once we stopped the leak, we contacted 911 Restoration to start the drying process. They were ready to come in the middle of the night... we decided for them to come first thing in the morning. They came back every day, including Father's Day, to check on the progress of how things were drying. Very responsive, very professional. I hope that we don't have to use them again, but very glad that I know about them in case we do need them again.Services: Water removal

After our veterinary hospital flooded as a result of the record-breaking cold weather last week, we were desperate to get the damage remediated and back to normal as quickly as possible. 911Restoration was the ONLY company that not only returned my call the same day, but was able to quickly respond in order to mitigate the damage as early as possible. Within two days of discovering the leak, the crew had all damaged areas torn out, fans in place and we are successfully on the way to put-back.
