we had a water leak in the restroom this company was more than willing to find the problem. the plumber quoted a price and gave me details of what needed to be done. very satisfied with the work they did! highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about the guys!! Manny and Levi came out from Plumbing by Rick and detected a couple of leaks under my house and quickly fixed it. Very professional and so nice and courteous! I highly recommend them. Jamie answered the phone when I first called and told him my problem and he stayed in touch with me to let me know when the guys would be arriving. These guys have been a lifesaver when we had a bad leak and needed our outdoor faucet replaced. We also had them install a water softener system in our house and they did a good job but they told us on the day of installation that they recommend we reschedule (after I had already taken the day off). When they did come back they took 2 lunch breaks which was frustrating. They did a good job though.
