We have used sarabia 2 times in the past 2 years. Once after we had a routine maintenance check done by another more known company in town and they left our AC broken. The second was this week after another larger company in town said it couldn’t be fixed for a couple weeks. Both times sarabia provided us service within 24 hours and had our air conditioning up and running again. This is the only company in San Angelo I would ever use again. They don’t do after hours calls, but the price and quality of service is worth the wait.

Top notch, honest, and the best customer service here in San Angelo. Other companies were wanting me to swap the whole system out since they couldn't find the refrigerant leak which was totaling anywhere between 10k - 21k. Sarabia Heating and Cooling found the leak extremely fast and was able to fix it for a little over $1300. Most people including myself are not made out of money to spend 10k - 21k on a new system. I found a new HVAC company that I totally trust & recommend to everyone. Thanks again so much for being honest, for the great customer service, and quick turn around in fixing it. You are very much a life saver!
