Andrew came to my house from Black Plumbing and Air. He was very polite, easy to talk to. He let me know he could clean it and it might work or not and he couldn't get a good reading on his device, so but it pretty much would be a waste of time. . I have a very very very old system so I knew he was telling me the truth. So he showed me some options on a new one, he asked me some question on size of house and he put some figures together for me to choose from. I was very pleased with my options.
