Excellent service! They offered same day service after 2 other companies cancelled or wanted to change days. We called them at 1:00 and the office personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed when the techs would arrive. They gave a phone estimate and told us once the techs arrive, they will confirm the price and we could accept or decline. Two techs showed up and were friendly, professional and extremely considerate of not slamming doors and gates and cleaning up. They did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to do business with this company and we will definitely recommend. Great service!
The technician was very through and precise to detail. He took his time and cleaned the carpet swell! I was very impressed with their work. Years ago whe. I this same service done it was done in less than 15 minutes but this time an hour. The only thing that I didn't like so much was not receiving a written receipt like I did back in 2022. I had to go to their office and pick it up -waiting for clerk to return while other workers were inside with door locked so I waited patiently in my car for clerk to return in 5minutes to go inside and print me a receipt...But overall I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the carpet.
They guys were very prompt at the estimate appointment and very informative. Very prompt when they came to clean my upholstery, carpet, and area rugs. They got right to work, and everything looks great!! Very courteous and kind. They really did a great job. Thank you Carpet Tech!! I will definitely use you guys again, and will tell my friends!
