We called them at 1:00 and the office personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed when the techs would arrive. They gave a phone estimate and told us once the techs arrive, they will confirm the price and we could accept or decline. Two techs showed up and were friendly, professional and extremely considerate of not slamming doors and gates and cleaning up. They did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to do business with this company and we will definitely recommend. Great service!“

They followed up daily to make sure the walls and baseboards were drying out and that the humidity was getting less.
