About Cain's Cove on Lake Nasworthy

Cain's Cove on Lake Nasworthy is a beautiful and versatile wedding and event venue. Located in a scenic area on the lake, the property features two buildings and a well-maintained lawn, making it ideal for weddings, celebrations, and photo sessions. The owner is highly praised for being helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with, which makes planning events smooth and enjoyable. The venue offers weekend-long rentals at the same price as daily rentals elsewhere, providing good value. The outside area, including the gazebo, is perfect for ceremonies and photos, with many guests noting the stunning lakefront views. The gazebo and walking path to it are charming but have some practical considerations, such as uneven rocks on the path and public space across the water, which might affect privacy and accessibility. Restroom facilities are basic and may be limited for large parties. Parking is on a gravel drive and somewhat spread out, which is worth considering for guests in formal attire. Overall, Cain's Cove is appreciated for its beauty, affordability, and the flexibility it offers for memorable events like weddings and proposals.

Had a great time this weekend at our wedding! The venue is a great location, beautiful area on the Lake. The owner is super helpful and very easy to work with, and weekend long rentals for the same price of daily rentals at other places. You can't go wrong here!

This is a balance or tripping concern for people wearing heels or anyone who might need a walker or wheelchair to go down to the gazebo. Also, the space across the water from the gazebo is public so you might have a wayward vehicle or random people in the background of your ceremony (and subsequent...read full review

I got engaged at Cain’s Cove. The experience was truly perfect, lawn was fabulously manicured, and had many great spaces for photos. Thanks for letting us use the Hideout Gazebo! Our photographer was Riggin Stewert Photography!
