They set my dads veterans marker for us then we got the big rains in November and it got washed in the grave they came back and reset the marker for us no charge. Thanks Royce Lowrance

I’m from Odessa Tx and I did LOTS of research I talked to so many and Birk was who I chose and they did AMAZING. From the designing to the installation everything was well communicated and they answered ALL my questions. I would call and get updates. They even text me during the painting process because our color wasn’t showing up, they text me pictures and we went with a different color. We are Extremely Happy with the final product and the overall service we received. Also I’d like to note that I never once went in store or met anyone yet I feel like know them. THANK YOU SO MUCH for creating exactly what we envisioned. Definitely worth the wait.
