My GE French door refrigerator which I bought from Home Depot and only had for 2 months started over freezing in the freezer and wouldn't cool in top of fridge and had water freezing under bottom drawer. Because it was under warranty I contacted GE and they were going to assign someone out of Abilene but I found out CVAS was a certified to do GE warranty work so I requested them because they are local. GE gave me the WO # so I called CVAS but every time I called I would get a voicemail which wasn't a big deal because they always called me back. On my goodness my washer was not running first Whirlpool (less than year old) scheduled an appointment 🙃 with Western Appliances they never even answered the phones. I want to brag on Melissa who works for Concho Valley Appliances. Our ice maker broke and our microwave she totally knew what was wrong with it and fixed it! She is a hard worker and she knows her stuff! Melissa is very professional and she is always on time! I highly recommend her for any appliances you need fixed!!!
