“I’ve worked out hard for 3 decades and never once have needed a chiropractor. Or so I thought. Over night I developed a dull glute pain from a combination of hip mobility drills and golf. Some glute band work temporarily relieved the pain, but it wouldn’t go away. The most specific example of the problem was I could not do a barbell hip thrust. I stopped by Express and chatted with Dr. Hanses for 10 minutes. Nicest guy in the world. The following day I worked out in the morning, still could not do the hip thrust machine, and then went to Express for my first adjustment later that morning. The following day I was able to do the hip thrust machine at maximum weight. Phenomenal work. I’ve continued to go back for follow up adjustments and massages (the combination is vital) and my posterior chain has never felt better. The adjustments need to be paired with massage, mobility, and stability work for maximum effectiveness. But all that to say - just go see Kat and Dr. Hanses.“
