“I've been going here for about 3 years now and normally I have exceptional service. However my last visit my massage therapist had called out and normally they call me in advance and tell me that this time they didn't call me and I saw my chiropractor first and then went to get the massage and they told me I had to reschedule. When I asked him why I wasn't notified they said they thought I was they were sorry and that I could probably get a 30 minute massage for the same price I said why was it a 30-minute massage in a chiropractor for $75 when I could have got an hour massage for the same price and they said because of my insurance. So I asked what it would cost if I paid cash instead of my insurance and they said it would have been $80! So I decided to go ahead and get the half hour massage and they said while I was waiting because I had to wait another 30 minutes that they would put me on the tens machine. I never went and got on the TENS machine they never came and got me until they got my 30 minute massage! I don't understand why I wasn't notified and since it was their fault why did I have to pay for the correction I had to still pay for the chiropractor and if I would have paid for the chiropractor alone it would have been $45 it made no sense the error was there is not mine yet I still had to pay full price! I hope this doesn't happen again I like going here it's helpful for my back but I won't keep going if this is going to be starting to continue to be a thing.“

“I was really pleased with the results I got, from the therapy they provided. It was not an endless process. I had 4 or 5 treatments. They were a bit painful but they worked! It's a pressure type muscle release therapy in conjunction with at home daily exercises for your feet. I had plantar faceitis. I really liked both the Dr. and the physical therapist who really worked with me to get the right exercises. She would alter them if one was too difficult and give me alternatives. The app they have with short video clips of the exercises were great. It also had a notification reminder that was really helpful too.“
