I went jn last week and was told I'll be seen in short while. Turns out I was asked if I wanted to come back in later on that day and I told them I couldnt. They still had me sit and wait to be seen. I walked out cuz no one paid attention to me and how importantly I needed my haircut. They only prioritize their appointments but theres so many signs that say walk ins are welcome. Very contradicting. I will never visit this barbershop again and I recommend other folks not to either.

After my son signed in and waited approximately 30 minutes he was told they were no longer taking walks-ins. As a business owner and/or employee the patron should have been informed about the no availability during the initial sign in. Instead waiting around for a refusal 30 minutes later. Being a customer for almost three consecutive years until he relocated and we decided to return back to his old barber shop. We rather spend our “worthless $50” somewhere else. Thank you but no thank you
