We experienced a water line rupture on our icemaker and water covered our large pantry, kitchen area and living room which are all wood floors. Keith and his crew did a phenomenal job. They took up floor boards in several areas and placed several commercial dehumidifier and fans in every area. They took daily moisture readings until moisture levels were normal. We are still waiting on our Insurance to determine the loss and how to move forward at this point. One thing is for sure Emerald Services mitigated in such a thorough and timely manner stoping the water from spreading escalating damage.

I had an amazing experience with this upholstery cleaner! He took his time and paid attention to every detail, and it really showed in the final result. My couch honestly looks brand new again. Emerald services did a good job cleaning the rug. It did look much better once cleaned. I was concerned when it was returned as the rug was still very wet and had a musty smell, I did text the delivery person to ask about this issue however my text was never returned.

I had tile/grout and carpet cleaning done. They do a good job on the carpet; remove stains I thought would not be possible. The tile was ok, but a couple of things could have been better. About 10% of the grout is not clean at all, where all the rest looks good. Also, they left with the tile still wet; so, I now have to wet mop the entire floor to remove the stains/residue of the chemicals they used to clean the tile. After paying $500 for cleaning the tile and then you have to mop and clean it again when they are done, is not right... they should have waited an hour for it to dry and then buff the floor so it would remove the residue and really shine.
