Place is clean. Recent upgrades are good. Locker room lighting is trash. Staff is passive aggresive. Handicap stall has been out of order for ages. Sometimes the middle stall is locked for no reason.

I've been a member here for more than 3 years and my overall experience has been really good! Gym is clean and we'll maintained. Also wanted to give a shout out to one of the morning staff. Mia is a fantastic staff member and should be considered an important part of the team at this location. After seeing the lack of professionalism and apathy at some of the other locations I visited she truly shines!

Very disappointing experience due to unprofessional staff conduct.
On January 12th around 7:15–7:30 p.m., I was confronted by a supervisor named Adra Rodriguez while working out. I was using a selfie stick only to follow my workout routine and receive live guidance from my personal trainer via video call.
There was no visible signage stating that recording or personal videos were prohibited in the workout area. Despite this, I was approached in an aggressive manner, followed around the gym, questioned about my check-in (which I had already completed), and asked for my full name in an intimidating tone.
What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that this supervisor raised her voice and argued with front desk employees in front of members, creating a very embarrassing and unprofessional environment for both staff and customers.
I understand gyms have rules, but they should be clearly posted and enforced respectfully. The way this situation was handled was unnecessary and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience made me reconsider my membership.

The new updates with the new equipment has been needed for a long time. It's starting to look more like a real gym lol. I guess with crunch fitness being built a few miles down the road you had to stay competitive. Just wish it had a sauna.

I absolutely love the Planet Fitness in Saginaw! The entire staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, making the environment very welcoming from the moment you walk in. The gym has excellent structure, brand-new and well-maintained equipment, and everything is always clean and organized. The spacious parking lot is also a huge plus, making it very convenient at any time of day. Overall, it’s a great place to work out, and I highly recommend this location.

I’m disappointed with how much the atmosphere at this Planet Fitness location has changed. Lately, it feels like basic gym etiquette is being ignored, people singing out loud with their headphones on, not respecting others’ space, and very little attention to cleanliness. There’s also a noticeable amount of uncomfortable staring, which makes the environment feel unwelcoming.
I previously chose Planet Fitness over 24 Hour Fitness because it used to offer a more positive and respectful experience. Even with a Black Card membership, I no longer feel like I’m in a quality gym. Unfortunately, I’m starting to feel like switching to this location may have been a mistake.

Not deserve a star. Only 2 people work on 7.00pm. I have told them many times to restock the Paper towels to clean the machine and the restroom and they will said ok but never done anything. They need to have someone for Sanitize because I don't think those two employees do anything at all.
