Helena has always made me feel welcome. I have curly hair that most people do not want to deal with. I have been going to Helena for a few years. My hair has be becoming healthier over time with her suggestions in hair products and hair care. I definitely recommend Helena for anyone especially someone with curly hair.

Just awful! I asked for NO orangy or warm colors only OOOL OR ASH, and I got warm! if one has over 20 years experience how do you not know how to mix color? Shelly left patchy wrong coloring and horrible cut. It was completely upsetting and I had to leave to go to Sally's and fix the color myself. It took me another year to grow out this "professionals" mistak.

Called to see if they could accept a walk in and they said no which is expected last minute, however they hung up on me when I was mid sentence how rude.
