“When Tarrent knocked on my door I was going to tell them no thank you, but they said we had hail storm back in April and we were not home so we didn't know about it. I said we will be selling the home next year and our roof is 11 years old so go ahead and do an inspection. They found significant damages to the roof, gutters, and even our fence. So we filed a claim and within a week they had a crew onsite and began to replace the roof of our house and shop. They were done in 9hrs and did a great job of counting trash and that is a large job. The gutters came next and then a new custom chimney cap. The house now looks amazing and we have new everything. The bad... They did protect everything but they crushed four of my plants which they promptly offered to pay for, and a few days later I noticed they took my bucket by mistake, and broke a hose attachment. I mention this to them but told them it was small and not to worry about it. Two days later Kolby Marlow, and Daren Judd were on my porch with a new bucket, and squirter nozzle for us. This below my mind that they cared that much. Daren, and Kolby were so easy to work with and I felt like they really cared about us and the job they were doing for us. Would I recommend Tarrent yes 100%”
