Ken from advanced roofing was super helpful- he walked us thru the process and dealt with our insurance too (right from being present with the adjuster, talking with the insurance to getting the money released) . The roof change was quick - they were in and out in few hours (compared to others in the community who took almost the entire day).We had solar panels on the roof - they took care of removing the solar panels and installing them back after the new roof was installed.The entire process - roof, gutters, solar panels, window panels was hassle free. “The people with Hartmann kept us informed all through the process from the initial quote to the actual work. In both cases they were there when they said they would be. Once on location they worked very efficiently. We had our windows cleaned, both inside and out, and the deck around our pool pressure washed. This is the first time either one had been cleaned in several years. The windows look like new and the deck is now clean. We plan to have them back next year to do both again. As you can tell we were very happy with their work. Also all of their personnel were very good to work with.“
