We have used Efficient Air and Heat for several years and each time they have fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. The expertise, friendliness and very reasonable cost of the repairs, is why we didn't hesitate to buy a replacement (American Standard) this year, when ours finally needed replacing. Communication and customer service are a rarity these days, but Efficient Air and Heat still know what that means. We are a truly satisfied client.

These guys are awesome!!!! I've been with them for a couple of years now, and they always surpass my expectations: they are very honest, very reasonably priced and they are at my place as soon as they are able to be there. One time, at about 8.30 pm on a Saturday night in August, my AC stopped working, so I called Efficient Air and Heat and 30 minutes later, John came and fixed the problem. That was amazing!!!! If you ever had anything broken on the weekend, let alone your AC when it is 100+ degrees outside, you will know what I mean by 'amazing'... They are very professional and reliable!!!!
