Amazing costumer service! Elizabeth was so helpful when I got my glasses. When I had to get a replacement four months later, she remembered me and was extremely friendly and helpful 😊.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Sachse. Elizabeth was absolutely outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process of replacing my lenses.

Her hospitality and professionalism were so impressive that I ended up purchasing a second pair of glasses just to have a backup for work and my purse. That decision was 100% because of the confidence she gave me and how seamless she made everything feel.

Wanted to give a compliment to Elizabeth G in the vision center. She was outstanding going above and beyond to help me find the right pair of glasses, as well as to see if my insurance would cover. I had to come a couple times and she was always the first one to help me with a friendly welcoming smile and demeanor :)
