Since my very first time going to this clinic, it felt homey. No flashy decor or furnishings. FANTASTIC! I like that type of atmosphere. The front office is very nice and greet you when you come in. Dr. Shane is great, he listens to you and explains everything to you at your level. He looks great as well. I enjoy seeing everyone.

I just moved to Denton and this place was recommended to me. Such a pleasant change from corporate places like America’s Best or LensCrafters. Friendly and professional staff who answered all my questions and there was no waiting, I was seen right on time. I found great new glasses on the premises from the selection which at first looked small but had very nice frames to choose from. Very helpful staff took their time to help me find just the right pair. Very pleased with Ragsdale and finding such a great new optometrist.
My family uses Ragsdale for eye care and glasses, because they are everything we want to support in a small town business: customer-focused care that sees us as people instead of products, provides great service and care, and - tbh - has adorable frames.
