This was my second visit for eye care. I was satisfied the first time. On my second visit I had an eye exam and selected a new pair of frames. I gave them 2 old frames to change the lens according to the new prescription. This was in December. I got 2 pair of glasses back. One of the frames(an expensive one) was lost! The prescription in the other 2 were incorrect. I left them to be corrected. In APRIL I received the still uncorrected glasses along with a refund. Now I have to have another eye exam at my own expense since my insurance had been used. The office personnel wouldn't return my calls and on my last call, she slammed down the receiver.
