“Servant Remodel has completed 2 remodels for us. One in 2023 and one in 2016. Also they remodeled a friend’s kitchen a couple of years ago. They are professional, on time and work hard to protect areas they aren’t working on. Also they finished both of my jobs on time. After the installation, I watered the sod by hand twice a day for 10 days as recommended to help the sod establish. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how the installation turned out. I contacted Miller Grass for advice on how to address the issues, and what happened next completely exceeded my expectations. The owner, John Russell Neely, personally called me to discuss my concerns. Even more impressive, he arranged to have a professional landscaper come to my home, assess the situation, make repairs, and offered to cover the cost. The contractor who performed the installation is no longer with Miller Grass, yet John stood behind the referral and took responsibility for helping me find a solution. That level of customer service is extremely rare and demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.
