GEM is a go-to for plumbing, recommended by friends and family. Customers trust Stan and Chase, who are great at explaining and fixing issues, giving options for difficult problems, and kindly working through every problem on the list. They are fast, responsive, and courteous. They respond when called, try to talk customers through fixing issues themselves first, and fix the issue when they can’t. They will not try to sell something not needed. For a pipe burst, damaged components were replaced and the home was good to go within an hour. Stan took the time to explain how to prevent the situation and provided other helpful homeowner tips. Stan kept customers in the loop through the entire process, taking care of a new faucet, toilet flange repair, shower handle, spout, and overflow plate. They were friendly and answered all questions. Prompt service and clearly experts in their field. During a sewage blockage, Stan provided services and tips over the phone, patiently walking through things to check, which was invaluable. The water ended up draining on its own. Customers will definitely call for future services due to support and kindness.

They respond when I call, they try to talk me through fixing the issue myself first, and they fix the issue when I can’t. They also will not try to sell me something I don’t need. Love these guys! Came in for a pipe burst inside outer wall of our home. Thankfully the damage was not as bad as we were suspecting initially. The damaged components were replaced and we were good to go within an hour or so. Stan took the time to explain how to prevent this situation in the future and provided other helpful homeowner tips. Hopefully we won’t have the need in the near future but certainly will be calling these guys should we have any plumbing issues.
