Professional as always. We love working with each of the Cool Casa Divisions! We had to put in a new heating and ac unit. The time their team (sales rep, technicians and front office) took to talk to us and educate us over the day and a half that we deliberated and did a comparison shop was invaluable. Everything they told us held true when conducting our AI searches, phone calls to competitors, and talking to neighbors who recently had to put in new systems. Even the install process was seamless and on target from what they told us to expect. Thank you, Cool Casa!
