I did not pay directly to them, they were assigned to me through AHS (American Home Shield). The dispatcher Kelsey was the best, she understood my urgency and got the technician assigned the very next day instead of the 3rd day. Technician Don did an amazing job. Regardless of how many less stars people gave, my experience with them through AHS has been wonderful.
We had an excellent experience with this company. Great customer service. The dispatch service provided easy scheduling and kept me informed throughout the experience. The technician Junior was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt all of our concerns were addressed. He took the time to listen and ensure it was a productive and beneficial service call. Would definitely recommend.
Very good company....the AC Tech saw what I needed to fix my problem, and fixed it. Very happy with the out come. I was worried as this is a AHS contractor, but they did a good job and I plad with the outcome.
