Woke up to my first cup of coffee and the sound of running water (no faucets or anything at all). Well dang. Wife walked through the kitchen later and said "the floor is hot". ??♂️ Called and they had Trevor out asap! He found the leak UNDER THE FOUNDATION SLAB and gave me options of how we could proceed. He set us up an appointment for the very next morning! The next day Raul came in and handled business! Got under the slab, found the leak and replaced the pipe! Even when re pouring the concrete it looks like the day the original slab was poured! I cannot thank your team enough for handling this so quickly and efficiently! I’m taking time to repost from Google review as was so impressed w/this company!
The techs showed up at 9am on dot but more importantly (to me) was the degree of knowledge, professionalism & no hard pressure tactics. I got work done properly to reroute dishwasher hose & eliminate smell I had. Also got advice on water heater valve - tech affected to look at since discussing & quoted me on preventative measure missed during its contractor install (vs plumber). I’ll 100% refer & be using total Plumbers & hopefully Jonathan Cortez again if needed on this home & our next one.

I appreciate how informative Jonathan C was regarding my upcoming foundation repairs and how that will affect my plumbing. He gave me essential insight as to the timing and process for detecting leaks while making repairs to my foundation.
