I joined to help my fiancé learn more about fitness and this is the place she chose. At first i was skeptical because i thought i knew more than what they could teach me after playing football my whole life and also studying to be a personal trainer myself but working with Travis taught me differently. He is very gentle and kind but will make you work. When you leave you will definitely feel like “today i made a difference”. I will say, whoever you work with make sure they read your notes. I have been a member of RTC for almost 2 years and have absolutely loved the results I have gotten. The staff and community are great, the programming is challenging and specifically designed for what your goals are. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
