Went in for a perm. The stylist doing my hair was super nice, accommodating, and took her time making sure I was comfortable. She has wonderful service skills, and I applaud her for that. Where things went array was the aftercare instructions. My knowledge is based on that Legally Blond reference by Reese Witherspoon. No washing for 48 hours, which I asked the stylist about. She looked at the perming box and agreed. She did tell me it was okay to wet the hair, just no shampoo. After the fact, I realized that this information is incorrect.
