Excellelant service except for the hours. It’s hard to get there between the hours of 830am to 5 pm they should or could have a late night fir people who work. Like stay open one night a week until 630 pm.

I stopped by the Rowlett store to get keys made plus I have had them at the house on several occasions. Never have had a key not work, even for my top of the line front door dead bolt. Definitely my locksmith of choice.
