I wish I could give this business 10 stars for the exceptional way I was treated as a customer! Ms. Thui, the owner of A2Z and Lakeside cleaners made a huge impression on me. I wrongly thought that they had discolored a brand new clothing item and was very upset. I brought it back to A2Z and went to Lakeside to speak to the owner. I was very upset and Ms. Thui promised if she couldn't correct the problem, she would buy me another one. Well, she was so determined to make me happy, she personally drove to the store where I bought the item and called to let me know she purchased a new one and it was at the shop waiting to be picked up. By far the best cleaners in Rowlett. Not only do they do a better job at cleaning your clothes and keeping them wrinkle free, but the service is prompt and courteous in a way I've never seen at a cleaners before. They have a convenient drive through where you pull up and they bring your clothes to you and take anything you need to drop off. They will even check you it without ever having to leave your car. Highly recommended, top notch service.
