DR. MAUL FAMILY PRACTICE..This place is horrible !!! it was good for the first year .so I thought..They used to be on Rowlett rd...they moved it off of 7501 Lakeview pkwy Rowlett Tx 75088. I was a cash patient patient for seven years. The day that I showed that I had insurance they went buck wild. I had Dr. maul came out man with two nurses who I've never seen him before I got the royal treatment soon as I had insurance they did every blood test you can think of and urine test every month checking to see if I have diabetes high blood sugar cholesterol one month they said I have all the stuff and then I come back next month and everything was completely different.... read full review

Terrible experience. Staff was not helpful. Doctor spent less than 2 mins in my room. Both Staff and Doctor complained how busy they were and did not have time to discuss my issues. They even took an Xray and did not discuss the results. Seems like they took it to get extra money out of our insurance. Worst experience ever as a patient and that is saying alot coming from a Veteran.

I initially went for an injection of my LEFT knee. A few months later I called to see when I was due to have it done again and they scheduled me. I arrive, wait 45 mins for them to say try scheduled me for my RIGHT knee. I don't have a problem with that one. They said it was too early to have the left one done so they rescheduled me 3 months out. 4 weeks later, I get a call to confirm my appointment for my right HAND. I have no problems with my hand. I show up for my scheduled appointment, once again, they didn't gave me down. First visit, perfect but you now have 3 strikes, you're out
