Absolutely outstanding guest experience! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and even had the opportunity to tour the facility and meet the staff. The level of service was consistently exceptional—everyone was welcoming, professional, smiling, and offering genuine self-introductions. They were authentic and truly made me feel like family.
I would describe the service as the “Chick-fil-A of hospitality”—next-level! A great host and an experience I would highly recommend!
I went through decompression therapy a few months ago due to having three bulging discs in my back. Having had a consultation with a back surgeon who recommended I do injections that would last anywhere from a few months to a year or maybe more. Weighing the I formation I had, I decided to go forward with therapy. Twice a week for 12 weeks has been the best decision I have ever made. Therapy was a huge success. My discs no longer bulge, I’m free of pain and I’m able to do activities that I did before. I highly recommend First Step Chiropractic for decompression therapy or any other chiropractic needs you may have.
