Awesome experience, this man fixed my iPhone SE 3rd generation, replaced my screen by repairing it, got me an awesome protective heavy duty case and did a great job. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Y’all come to this shop; this man will fix whatever you have!👌🏽💯

I took my iPhone 11 to FixitUp in Rowlett for a simple screen replacement, and it turned into a terrible experience.
Before the repair, my phone worked fine aside from the screen. Face ID worked perfectly and the phone never overheated. After getting it back, Face ID is completely broken and the phone now overheats regularly—issues I NEVER had before bringing it in.
They took a working phone with one problem and returned it with multiple new ones. That’s not a repair—that’s damage.
I paid for a service and ended up with a worse device. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. I regret trusting them with my phone.

Highly suspicious experience – avoid this place if you value your privacy. I brought my iPhone in for a simple charging port replacement. The technician insisted on having my passcode/password to ‘test’ the repair, claiming it was necessary to access the phone. When I refused (as it’s a hardware fix and shouldn’t require unlocking my personal data), they outright refused to provide any warranty on the work, saying they couldn’t guarantee it without full access. This raised major red flags for me. Reputable repair shops (including Apple) don’t require your passcode for basic hardware repairs like a charging port – they can test charging externally or use diagnostic modes. Pressuring customers for device access and then withholding warranty feels very coercive and unprofessional.
