We had a great experience with Elite today after our A/C unit went out. John was the technician who came to our home, and he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our system.
Another company had told us we needed a full system replacement, but John was able to diagnose the issue accurately and complete the necessary repair instead. This saved us from an unnecessary and costly replacement at this time, which we really appreciated.
Our home cooled back down quickly after the repair, and everything is working as it should now. John was professional, friendly, and very thorough throughout the visit. He answered all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in the work being done. We would definitely recommend Elite and especially appreciate the honest and efficient service we received from John.

He was able to answer any and all questions I had regarding my HVAC system. He was so very knowledgeable and honest. This was the most delightful, efficient experience I have had with a company in a long, long time. First, I was surprised when I called yesterday and got an appointment today. Then, they actually texted me and shortened their 4 four window to 2 hours and arrived on time with notification of being enroute. The technician was professional in his approach and analysis of my system and headed off what could have become a problem during my system's life cycle. He explained what he was doing and, invited me to observe. (No cloak and dagger here.) My house is already cooler and more importantly, I have peace of mind that the system is performing as it should. Looking forward to my fall check up. Thank you Elite. Hoping for a long relationship.
