They're a vital part of our team and have done a wonderful job making our hangar a great place to be. It's so nice to be able to grab any piece of equipment or touch any surface in the hangar and have it be nice and clean; air compressors, robotic aircraft tugs, work benches, cabinets, generators, coffee station, snack cabinet, and of course the spotless restrooms...it's all immaculate. The thing that really makes it an excellent relationship is their flexibility and communication; any question, comment, request, or suggestion I may have is happily received and discussed. Nelson was available on short notice to help clear everything out quickly and deal with some unexpected obstacles, including helping us navigate the cumbersome trash pickup schedule, turning on the water, and coming back again to finish the cleaning, all without any complaints. They sent me a text to give me a heads up of their arrival (which was about an hour after my call).
