Excellent customer service! They were very informal when I first contacted through Instagram. We had great conversation when I arrived for my appointment. He explained the process very thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable before getting started. The process was great all around!

Top tier experience with them! Absolutely professional and easy to talk to, if this is your first time or you've had past treatments this is the place to go. He was able to custom treat certain spots on a tattoo I want to keep to revamp later after completion of treatments.Very reasonable cost and payment plans as well. It's clean inside, they have a bathroom and plenty of water!(drink water folks!)I'm so looking forward to finishing with these guys! Freedom from my 18 year self's decisions woo!

I had a consultation and my first session to remove permanent makeup on my eyebrows. Daniel was honest, answered all of my questions and made me feel really comfortable. I’m looking forward to completing the process and seeing how faded my eyebrows will get in the next few weeks.
