Bruce and his team took good care of our HVAC needs. After expressing my frustration of my experience with other companies, he assured me that he would do everything he could to fix my issue, and continue to provide excellent service if I joined the maintenance plan. Bruce is patient , explained everything thoroughly, and a trustworthy HVAC technician. I will use him every time.

I am a new customer. The company did not ask me to write this review, I initiated the review because I am impressed with Advance Texas Air Conditioning! Here's my brief story: I had been a long term customer of another air conditioning service (for over 10 years) but due to the poor attitude of the owner/technicians I decided to check out another service provider. I was a little hesitant as honestly there are a lot of air conditioning services in this area and truly one is at the "mercy" of their technology and their honesty and efficiency. Bruce was wonderful to work with. His quote was competitive with others I spoke with, even slightly lower. He felt honest to me. He was friendly, efficient, quick. Our AC was down mid-summer and he got it fixed and we haven’t had a problem since. I highly recommend his company!Service: A/C system repair
