We are so happy with our new system. All of the guys were very professional, kind, considerate, competent, and worked hard every minute they were here. We were extremely impressed! My husband and I were thankful to Jose for coming out fast on a Friday evening after work hours and taking care of us. We were even able to get our new system installed the next day! Unbelievable for August in Texas when it seems everyone’s air is giving trouble.
I was having issues with my AC filter getting wet. I called them and they came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem, had the problem fixed within a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely call them again if I have any more issues with my AC.
Pedro and his team did a fantastic job on replacing my two HVAC systems. Both units were on the roof of a two-story condo complex. He got the crane and all the team on it and they did a great job. The price was right too. He offered me 3 price points, which was useful - most other quotes were not upfront like this and only offered a single price-point quote. Pedro is super nice, professional, and he listens to what you need. The team showed up on time, did a great install pretty quickly. I am now very happy with my AC, and will continue to use 5 Star for maintenance, and any other issues I have!
