I have been a pet owner of various animal types, breeds, and sizes so I have been to many different vet offices for routine and sick pet visits. This is by far the best one I have ever been to. Dr. Roach is AMAZING!!! You can tell he truly loves what he does and is always so willing to help. The reception staff, vet techs, and other staff members are so patient and helpful. Right now we have an 80lb dog that is incredibly anxious at the vet; however, he is significantly calmer here than at any other vet office we have been to. Also, the staff are super accommodating and patient with him. We do not have pet insurance, but the prices are so affordable. They also offer you care plan options, which includes a low and high estimate. I love that they let you choose what is best for your pet without compromising the quality of care.

I absolutely love this vet! I literally drove 4.5 hours just to bring my dog back to them because they are so wonderful with him, especially since he gets a bit anxious at the vet. I’ve been trying to find a new vet closer to where I live, but I haven’t had much luck.
What I appreciate most is that they truly listen to my concerns and take the time to explain procedures, recommendations, and treatment options thoroughly. That level of communication makes me feel much more comfortable and confident in the care my dog receives. The entire staff—not just the doctors—is amazing. Everyone is welcoming, compassionate, and great at answering questions. I can’t recommend them enough!
