This was my first time with Tide Cleaners. The online pickup scheduling isn't great for first-time customers and since I needed my items back before the holiday, I took them in. The service was friendly, fast, and my items were ready for me the next day. The items look great.Update: The app has helped iron out some of the issues with the service. I continue to use the service and have been very satisfied with their results and the convenience.

Garments always smell fresh and clean. The attendants are always responsive , professional, and always greet you with a smile. I would recommend them over any other cleaner in the Austin metro area. They never loose your garments and are normally done by the next business day.

I have only usedTide cleaners twice, i started using them since i no longer drive and live in a retirement home and they pick up and deliver. the fitst time I used thrm was to clean a silk tank that I spilled salad dressin on, and they had to spot clean it. i can understand the charges for that, but this time irequested they only press a new blouse and it was $14.56 just to press the blouse. I uderstand that I am paying for pick and delivery, but over $14 just to press a blouse! Seems a little steep tome!
