Wonderful service and warranty! Bought my steam shower unit in 2013. Use it almost daily and really love it! I sent the unit to Thermasol 2 weeks ago and they repaired and cleaned my unit for only $300.00. (New ones are around $16,000 ) Very happy! Chris

Thermasol is one of those unique and reputable companies that supports their customers throughout their purchases and any unforeseen circumstances and conditions the customer may experience. I’ve owned my Thermasol steamer for years and have enjoyed every shower, especially in the winter. It provides me with an inner warmth that lasts until my next shower (well maybe be not that long but it sure feels that way). Great product and great support! My experience with Thermasol goes back years. We love, love, love our steam generator, and it helps us with pulmonary conditions during the winter. I've seen many people purchase cheap generators, only to have them break down after a short life span. The Thermasol generator keeps on steaming! The customer support team is not only well-trained and personable, but also has a strong sense of urgency. They know how to take care of their customers. I would never buy from anyone else.
