Wonderful service and warranty! Bought my steam shower unit in 2013. Use it almost daily and really love it! I sent the unit to Thermasol 2 weeks ago and they repaired and cleaned my unit for only $300.00. (New ones are around $16,000 ) Very happy! Chris

Thermasol is one of those unique and reputable companies that supports their customers throughout their purchases and any unforeseen circumstances and conditions the customer may experience. I’ve owned my Thermasol steamer for years and have enjoyed every shower, especially in the winter. It provides me with an inner warmth that lasts until my next shower (well maybe be not that long but it sure feels that way). When I experienced the need to cleanse the unit (hard water has more chemicals that can coat and deteriorate any machine with moving parts) the company was quick to not only service my unit but provide literature which is recommended to keep the unit clean in the future. The person who helped and educated me the most was Brenden. He was knowledgeable, accurate, kind, communicated well and was easy to reach. These days it’s almost a rarity to find this kind of company and service.

Great product and great support! My experience with Thermasol goes back years. We love, love, love our steam generator, and it helps us with pulmonary conditions during the winter. I've seen many people purchase cheap generators, only to have them break down after a short life span. The Thermasol generator keeps on steaming! The customer support team is not only well-trained and personable, but also has a strong sense of urgency. They know how to take care of their customers. I would never buy from anyone else. This the THE source for steam!

We purchased the Thermasol Pro 240 series in 2013 and have been very satisfied with our unit. In 2019 we sent the unit to Thermasol for factory cleaning. The heating element & water feeder assembly needed replacing. Now in 2025, six years later, we have sent it back again. The heating element has again been replaced and calcium build-up had caused problems. Having hard water has its issues. At a one time payment of $300. I can’t replace this machine, so for the time being we are pleased with Thermasol’s response. Brianna, Nady, Lois, and Gary have been very responsive picking up where the other has left off. Their Customer Service is perfect!

Gary and Ian have been extremely helpful to me so far from my first phone conversation to me processing and shipping my Thermasol Pro to Texas. Horrible service. Horrible device. Breaks down more than it works. Trying to reach customer service and get anything done besides them telling us to do a factory reset at home. Just ridiculous. Lifetime warranty is worthless. They don’t stand behind their product. Run away from this company.!!
