I had the original appointment with Alex
He did my hair before and did a great job and had a friendly warm personality. Unfortunately he didn't feel comfortable doing my hair today because of me wanting to do a blow out style after the cut . I was bummed sence he did such a great job last time but I understood. The stylist who did do my hair did a good job and I left pleased.
Yen does our kid's hair who has two tornados on top which is difficult to cut and could come out very wrong if the stylist doesn't pay attention. Yen gets it and we really appreciate that she does.

I am very happy making an appt and walking in at my scheduled time and get my son's hair cut. Very quick. Raquel is very good. My son ALWAYS looks great walking out after his cut. The store is very nice and clean. And the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Stylist: Raquel is great! You tell her what you want done and she does it. She's quick and precise and very friendly.
