Absolutely horrible, came in 2min late and lady said she waited for me until 4:50 which was a lie, and on top of t was rude about it didn’t apologize and just said “no you didn’t, no you didnt” I’m not one to argue so I told her I arrived 2min late because she was working and didn’t see me outside was not okay to not take us in she was just rushing to close and seems so unprofessional and disrespectful.

This place is not in any way autism friendly. The lady had no idea how to handle my son. I asked for her to just trim the back of his neck and trim the hair so it wasn’t in his eyes. She butchered his hair and gave up. Do not come to this location if you have special needs kids. I’m adding a picture from today before the cut and I’ll also add one from his last cut(green shirt).

Cece cut my grandson hair. He has adhd and moves all the time. She was patient and took her time with him. His hair was on point. Thank you for a great experience.

Why I’m I obligated to create an account in order to get a freaking child hair cut?
I don’t want your spam emails, I’m not interested in future discounts or promotions. Just want to get a single hair cut and move on with my life

They are really bad yesterday we take my nephey for his first cut and the hair cut was horrible some parts you could see the skin other they are long and on the back he back is not straight he looks like other kid do their hair cut. Everybody notice how bad was the hair cut. Is not fair for a kid. I hope tha hair grow fast and well. Do NOT TAKE their kids there also the other lady was there was so grumpy.

Sorry I had to rate it for me to ask question .. I have a almost two year old whos autistic and has very bad sensory issues he hates being touched I have tried multiple times to cut his hair with scissors and also clippers at home but I haven't been successful.. can you tell me if you have worked with kids like this before??? I could really use some help

Third time here - each time a new stylist (Padma, Jenny and now Yolanda). No disappointments, and all smiles. Only downside, UNLIMITED lollipops for our young one but can let it slide. :)

Amazing experience! Padma is very efficient and so pleasant to talk with. They have these little play plastic cards after the haircut that the kids drop in a machine and it pops a prize out. There are many toys you can purchase or that the kids can play with while they are waiting for siblings to get done, as well as some fun spin wheels and a little kid attraction area in the front. We will definitely be back with our 3 boys, we all enjoyed it!
