I am very happy to get my first month membership with this yoga studio. I am just wondering how it is helpful for my body and mind. Also I met there nice warm people and professional instructors who pay an individual attention to your personal issues. Thank you 🙏❤

I have been looking for exactly the practice that I’ve found at Round Rock Yoga for years! I was a Hatha Yoga student years ago and have felt that, if I could find the right program for my many interrelated mobility challenges, my 82 year old body could rebuild some strength. I have had 4 major surgeries in the past five years so I haven’t been able to be as consistently active as I would have typically been either. Thank you so much for being there and for being so accommodating and welcoming! I have had Abby, Hayley and Asha so far and, although they were all helpful and inclusive, Asha was exceptionally so…

Loved the beginner class! I loved having the chair incorporated, I have never tried that before but it was super helpful. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. Round Rock Yoga will continue to be my main stop :)
