We had our gutters installed in March, but I've been waiting for a few big rains so that I could give a review on both the customer service AND the quality of the product. Well, nature has provided us with plenty of rain to test our new gutters and they have worked wonderfully! As for the customer service, it was great. Austin walked us through the process and took the time to make sure he planned for exactly what our home needed. He responded to emails quickly and worked with our schedule. Round Rock Gutters did a fabulous job and my husband and I would highly recommend them!

I really got to ring the big bell when it comes to customer service. Round Rock Gutters truly delivered on all levels. Kevin and Austin showed up for the estimate and talked with my husband and me about product and price. I was pleasantly surprised when Kevin shook my hand and looked me in the eye. That just doesn't happen these days and I appreciated it. I had called 4 companies for estimates and 2 didn't show or call. They had me with the impressive meeting but then beat the other guys price by $100.
