I’ve been coming to Roosters for a while now, and the place has won me over. I schedule an appointment every week. It’s a premium barbershop, sure—but you really do get what you pay for. The reservation system actually works (unlike some competitors I won’t name), and the shop stays clean, organized, and looking sharp every single visit.

But the real reason I keep coming back is Norma. She’s consistent, professional, and has that rare ability to talk with you—not at you—and somehow make the whole appointment feel easy. I saw Norma today. And she did an ok job cutting my hair. I have an odd head. However I do feel that when people try to be both good and prompt they may not do as well as if they are having a quiet day. The right side of the back of my head looks a bit more like it was shaved more closely. However that's probably how my hair grows out. I plan on returning in a few weeks. They are all pleasant.

First time at this venue, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Norma delivered a clean, sharp electric-razor fade and her attention to detail was outstanding. Great conversation, relaxing hot-towel treatment, and a refreshing shampoo service. Definitely coming back!
