Juan was my technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and right on time for his appointment. It was easy to call and schedule, and there was availability same day. Very satisfied with the service.
ROD plumbing did great. Had a blocked vent pipe that was causing water to backup in the sink (something we have to deal with every few years). They snaked the drain from the roof and put a mesh cap on it to prevent future debris from rodents. Fabulous communication- they texted when they were on the way and arrived as expected. They were courteous and respectful every step of the way. And the cost was very reasonable. We will absolutely use them again for plumbing issues. Thank you Erik and Carlos and ROD plumbing!
Erik was fantastic to work with. ROD was able to get me on the schedule last minute, which I really appreciated. Erik was always helpful in explaining the process and keeping everything clear along the way. Communication was easy and the experience overall was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!
