As you may be aware, I rarely review practitioners because sometimes relationships can turn on a dime. And I guess I should wait longer to review Dr Milne but I had an incredible first experience that I want to share. I first made a call to the practice Tuesday to inquire if they took my insurance. My call back was from Dr Milne. He confirmed that he took my insurance and was able to get me in for an appointment two days later. He emailed me the new patient forms to complete before arrival. Professional. Prompt. Effective. Knowledgeable. Personable. Brought my son to him, twice. He plays football and had some back pain. I'm bringing my other son and myself to see Dr. Milne in the near future. Our daughter, daughter-in-law, and DIL's family highly recommended him. We're glad they did.
