Drive twenty miles to Round Rock HEB location to pay mother's bill. Guess what..... location is no longer there. Called the number listed for the location and woman in South Austin answered. She told me that location closed and her location was the only one in Austin. She offered to take payment over the phone. I am paying CASH. Can't put cash in phone Asked her why this location is listed on Google. I don't know Told her Google site needs to be updated. She told me I had to call corporate. It's been 70 days since my accident and Pronto is dragging out the repair. Remember, if Pronto does this to you, directly file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance.

Horrible experience and the nightmare is still ongoing. I got Pronto April 16 (2023) knowing that their coverage was not the greatest in the market. I was trying to save money so the price seemed economic. Upon signing up their system double charged my card (110 + 110). The following day after adding the insurance info to my Uber and Doordash accounts, I'm notified by these accounts that my insurance info is not being accepted by their system. I called Pronto to one of their 3 locations in AUSTIN and they inform me that they don't have coverage in Travis county.
