GET A LAWYER IF HIT BY SOMEONE INSURED BY THIS COMPANY ON DAY ONE!!
I was involved in a minor accident with someone insured by this company. It’s been almost 2 months and it’s still not settled because they’ve drawn it out, and don’t answer the phone. Sometimes, it isn’t worth given people the chance to do the right thing!
Drive twenty miles to Round Rock HEB location to pay mother's bill. Guess what..... location is no longer there. Called the number listed for the location and woman in South Austin answered. She told me that location closed and her location was the only one in Austin. She offered to take payment over the phone. I am paying CASH. Can't put cash in phone Asked her why this location is listed on Google. I don't know Told her Google site needs to be updated. She told me I had to call corporate. It's been 70 days since my accident and Pronto is dragging out the repair. Remember, if Pronto does this to you, directly file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance.
